PNC is the lender from ***

I call them every day. Someone stole $16,000 from my impound account using fraudulent charges which they refuse to disclose. They placed their own forced insurance on top of my full coverage insurance. They won't give proof of any of their add ons and during the last few months I can't even get a payoff statement. I am refinancing just to get away from these crooks if i ever get a payoff demand. I had a guy from the corporate office contact me but except for getting me a loan printout showing all the fraud he is also non-responsive. There's a reason attorneys target PNC for class action suits. I'll join whatever I can join to try and recover some of the 16K they've stolen from me during recent years. If you need a loan go anywhere but PNC. Once in awhile I'll get a customer service employee who attempts to help but management in general is missing. Every time I try to escalate a call to a manager there is no manager available. Who runs this place???

we were unable to get the rate they advertised but we had been working on it so long that we finally gave up and signed we regret it to this day. they did not disclose that we would not be not given credit for our 11 acres- just the small amount of land our house is on. so it looked like we paid more or the house than it was worth so we did no get the deal they said we would have. they told us this just about 24 hours before we finally signed. also they found a different appraiser who said our house was worth less and in spite of questioning over and over they would not say what was wrong with the first appraisal they wore us down over several months time and interest rates were going up and we were locked in. I hate them so much. nobody should use this company

Deplorable customer service

January 24 2018 deposited check from insurance company it was put on hold the disgusting customer sevice never had the decency to call or message me they just went on with their *** service to the next clueless person I racked up 468 minutes on my cell phone with in a 24 hour period only to be told the person that put the hold on named Nicole was now vacationing after leaving her numerous urgent messages and other reps e mailing her guess she was to important to answer them to while some one else is suffering i was in a car accident so this funding was crucial so thanks PNC i will no longer be the good customer i was and I have passed this great news to my family members who are also no longer going to be PNC customers and anyone else i know that is i will pass it to them and to you Mr Bill the ceo of this *** hole pay attention to the care your customers are receiving not to the money were making you

My only complaint with them is the time spent on-hold when calling to make a payment since the payment option on their website was not working due to maintenance that must have been going on for nearly 24 hours because I tried late night in the wee hours and I couldn't make a payment, and then the next afternoon it was still not allowing me to make the payment. I called them to process the payment over the phone and I don't recall how long I was on-hold, maybe 5-10 mins.

When I did talk to someone (he was super nice and helpful) but he wasn't to get the payment to process due to some limitations he had with limited access to the system. He out me on hold for a few mins, then when he came back on, he was able to push the payment thru and process it. I was on the phone about 20 mins total - a bit long just to make a payment. I think their website for their Home Equity Loans is pretty average at best and hasn't had an good renovation in 10+ years as it's the same as when I had this Equity Line with National City (before PNC took them over).

So PNC has never upgraded this area of their online services, but rather just keep it as it was when they got it thru the Nat'l City acquisition.As for the person who wrote the review above - all one needs to do is look at their *** poor grammar and lack of punctuation and you can tell enough about the person. I'm sure the PNC Rep on the phone would give this Pissed Off account holder a lower review than this person gave PNC!

i must say that i am proud and loyal accountant of pnc bank. however more than than that , i want to truly commend the kind attentive staff at the pnc branch in MOBILE on cottage hill & schillingers rd location. they are truly remarkable . please by all means give extra commendations to MS TARANESHIA BECOATS. she is truly a doll. she really makes that pnc a force to be reckoned with. she is truly impecable . give her and the staff a raise . i will truly followup up with them so ignorance is not an exception . thanks in advance kossie bumpers

The overdraft fees are ridiculous for change you get charged $36.00 and if you 5 mins after10:00pm from transferring money over you get another $36.00 fee in one week I was charged over $300.00 in fees I will ne taking my money out both of my acct and i have been with them over 20 yrs they got too much of my money.

I called 1-80*-558-****, i spoke to Tameeka *******. I explained I purchased a new phone with a new number and gave it to my daughter on Christmas. I said she was receiving text updates about someones acct. I told her my child is a minor but I’d like the text to stop because we don’t have accts there and it is annoying. She said she can’t do anything without speaking to my daughter she said my daughter has to tell her she doesn’t have an account because it’s her phone. I tried to remain calm but I politely told her you cannot speak to my daughter. I asked to speak to someone else because I told her I don’t think you know how to properly address this issue. Okay now I get Josh, Account Specialist, I told him the same thing I told Tameeka and how she wanted to deal with it. Now he seemed angry at me and was rude. He said I can give you the number to call and opt out of text messaging. Okay now I am pissed because he seemed angry that he had to take the call. I told him no thank you I will get the number from the person I call when I report both of you. Okay I called and spoke to........ She wrote it up without any details, gave me a reference number and said in 48-72 hours someone will contact me. I said I want to speak to a supervisor now please. Now Im speaking to *****, I told him I thought this would be painless I just want text messaging to stop. He said at the end of the text I should get the option to opt out. I said I am not getting that option I am just getting someones transaction details. I also told him I have talked to three representatives and none of you agree. So he transferred me to security. Now I had the feeling the issue would be resolved. I spoke to Sonya she asked for the phone number and then said no account is associated with it. I gave her the last four digits of the card because thats all the info I get. Again, she said no acct info and gave me a number to call tomorrow. I said thank you and told her she was most helpful, but I am not looking forward to it. Happy New Year to the Lady in the security dept.

Potential fraud

Very upset, I opened an account at PNC bank and two weeks later, They closed two of three accounts. Not a good explanation for closing the two accounts. Had a checking still open and no official letter saying it was closed. Very upsetting to me considering I had good credit. I think someone is using the accounts. Very concerned.

Maybe I'm ignorant here, but... Wtf is the point of an automated line if it is "closed" after 10pm?! Ffs I can't even check my mf'ing balance. Why???! It's support to be AUTOMATED!!!!!!! That means that it can surpass human limitations, such as business hours -____- Really annoying.

To whom it may concern, I have to report the total lack of professionalism at your location in Morrow, GA. I called that branch for the past two weeks, attempting to speak with the manager. The staff at that location gave me false information. In addition, the manager wasn't any help. I wanted funds transferred from my Savings Account to pay for my Safe Deposit Box (# 040-007**-**511). Currently, I'm working a contract in South Dakota (Hours: 5AM - 4PM). Unfortunately, I do not have a great deal of time to conduct Personal Business.
