When we took the auto loan with PNC bank we were told that it was due on the 16th but had 10 days to pay, which would be by the 26th before its considered late. For months we have been receiving phone calls on the 17th stating that the loan is late.

They keep telling us that they consider the loan late if its even 1 day past the original due date. Each time I go to the PNC branch location, they tell me that what I am being told over the phone is not correct and its considered harassment. Each month when they call me, I reiterate the same thing being that I always pay on or before the 26th. I have never incurred a late fee so I am not really sure why the harassment continues every month nor does it show late on my credit report.

Each month I ask to speak to a supervisor and each time I am told that a supervisor is not available. This is the only financial institution that treats us this way.

Reason of review: phone harrassment.

Location: New York, New York

When in doubt, refer to what YOU agreed to when taking the loan. If it isn't on your agreement then whatever you were told isn't true.

IF anything, they told you that it won't REPORT as late until after the 26th. That doesn't mean you won't get well deserved calls based on the breach of the agreement you signed. These calls are to remind dead beats that they need to pay their notes. People who know how to budget and pay on time like adults do not get calls.

Once again, pull your paper work, that's your payment holy scroll that you must adhere to.

A teller in a branch, stupid enough(assuming you're not lying) to tell someone like you, their company is harassing you while risking their paycheck doesn't have a say in the matter. OK...this is the part where a dead beat loser like you says "you must work for them."

U know nothing about me so when u call me a deadbeat that just makes me laugh. PNC has actually apologized to me so my statement was not untrue

Are you paying your note on time per your agreement or are you looking for ways to squeeze past the due date? IF so, you my friend are a typical DEAD BEAT whose honor and signature is worthless.

P.S. Let's see what happens the next time you go into your Dead Beat, "I can't budget" act.

The computer will prompt the calls. Just block the number and you'll be fine for awhile my sweet little child.

What do you mean they apologized? Did they say "we're so sorry, our process is messed up and you're right to pay when you want?" Or did they say "I apologize you're getting the calls" or some other lame nonsense born of a phone training program designed to calm you down, get you off the phone and keep their call volume up? If that apology makes you feel better like a pat on the head, well on you.
