I had a horrible encounter with PNC and three different "customer service" associates. All of them had a different story to tell me and not one of them could fix their mistake.

I then found numerous sites to post complaints about PNC. I was totally shocked at how many negative reviews and complaints they received. Now my question is, do they care? Are we all just wasting our time and energy just to tell each other how horrible they are, or do they actually take the time to read what is being said and try to justify it?

I would love to hear from anyone who has ever posted anything negative about PNC and then got their situation resolved from their posts. I am hoping that happy endings do exist and I do not have to change banks.
