Apparently PNC bought Central Mortgage Company in 2012. I received no notification that the owner of my mortgage had changed.

I went to file my taxes and that's how I found out PNC now owned my loan since August. I never received any kind of notice or even a 1098. Customer Service was terrible and could only say that their system showed they had notified me. Trust me, I don't throw away tax forms I receive in the month of January.

Since they never notified me of the change, they've also been drafting my bank account for my mortgage payment without my permission. I filed a complaint with the FDIC.

Review about: Pnc Bank Mortgage.

Savvy ideas , BTW , you are requiring a 2012 IRS 1098-T , my colleagues found a sample form here 2012 1098 t or http://www.pdffiller.com/.
